Sequential numbering of filtered tables in Excel

Sequential numbers are assigned to the filtered tables.

Filter by “female.”

Sequential numbers are assigned to this table. Enter “1” in the first cell after the filter.

Select the rows to be sequentially numbered.

In this state, click on “Home” – “Search and Select” – “Select Conditions and Jump” to open “Selection Options”.

Click on “Visible Cells.

The filter will be canceled once. Only the female cells will be selected.

Click on “Home” – “Fill” – “Create Continuous Data”. Set the settings as follows

Now only the filtered rows will be sequentially numbered.
