Convert pem to ppk with WinSCP

I wanted to use the pem file from the EC2 instance creation with putty, but I found an easy way to convert it to pppk using WinSCP.

Click “Tools” on the “Login” screen and click “Run PuTTYgen”.

When the “PuTTY Key Generator” screen appears, click “Conversions” – “Import key”.
A screen for selecting pem files will be displayed, so select the pem you wish to convert to ppk.

Click on “Save private key”. You can specify any name and create a ppk file.
